Planning and Development Services of Kenton County is led by an executive director who, according to KRS 147.670(2), shall be qualified by training and experience in the field of planning and zoning. PDS’s functions are structured into seven departments.
Each department is overseen by a dedicated leader who is responsible for guiding, managing, and creating accountability for the department’s functions. Each department leader reports to the executive director.
